Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.  

To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at sbaifaris07@gmail.com to initiate a return.  

Refund Conditions  
We do not accept returns without prior approval. Certain exceptions apply, such as perishable and customized products.  

Refund Timeline  
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving your return. For orders shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order.
